Brandon Clark

Exercise Physiologist
Brandon-Clark

Brandon is deeply passionate about the utilisation of exercise as a tool to enhance both mental and physical health. His goal is to empower and educate clients of all backgrounds and abilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. He is committed to making a difference in the lives of the clients he works with ensuring that they can continue doing what they enjoy.

Brandon’s journey began at a young age where he grew up in a small country town. This environment provided him with endless opportunities to play and coach a wide variety of sports. It was during this time that he developed a passion for sports, exercise, and teaching, which led him to the idea of pursuing a career that would allow him to combine these passions.

While studying for his Bachelor of Exercise Science, Brandon was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. This diagnosis shifted his focus, as he became determined to deepen his understanding of the body and wanted to help others with similar conditions understand the benefits of exercise.

Brandon thrives on working with clients with various conditions and values the continuous

learning he gains from other practitioners and clients. He is a firm believer that exercise is for everyone but emphasises the importance of tailoring programs to meet each client’s unique needs and objectives. Creating effective and enjoyable plans that clients can sustain motivates him, especially when he sees them achieve their goals and return to their favourite activities.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys an active lifestyle, which includes walking and hiking with his dogs, hitting the gym, swimming at the beach, and playing sports like basketball, tennis, and AFL. He also understands that it’s all about balance and makes sure to find time to relax by watching movies, listening to music or playing board games with his family.
