Free Paediatric Screening
Our paediatric team is located at our Runaway Bay clinic, co-located with the Gold Coast Performance Centre which boasts outstanding sporting and athletic equipment and hydrotherapy pools. We deliver services that help to improve physical & mental ability, balance, co-ordination, concentration, impulse control, coping & self esteem, plus neuroplasticity. We have specialised skills to not only deliver improvements in sporting prowess, but also to work with children that may be impacted by visual impairment, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
We are currently offering a free 15 minute screening session of your child! Typically, there are five primary areas of development that will be monitored during your child’s complimentary screening process:
• Physical – crawling, walking, grasping, drawing
• Communication – speaking, listening, understanding
• Social-emotional – expressing emotions, interacting with others
• Cognitive – problem-solving, critical thinking, sorting
• Fine & Gross Motor skills – dressing, toileting, eating
