Lori is dedicated to building meaningful connections with clients, focusing on helping them achieve their goals in a way that’s tailored to their unique needs. She believes in a customised approach to nutrition because a “one-size-fits-all“ strategy doesn’t work for everyone, as everyone is at different stages of change and have distinct health and wellness goals.

Lori firmly believes that nutrition is about much more than simply meeting the basic recommendations of eating two fruits and five vegetables a day. To her, food is a powerful tool for enhancing overall well-being. What we eat directly impacts our energy levels, mood, and long-term health. Nutrient-dense foods can help fuel the body, improve cognitive function, and boost physical performance.

Lori has a keen interest in all general areas of nutrition, but specifically her passion areas lie in allergies and intolerances and women’s health, particularly surrounding nutrition for pregnancy, PCOS and gestational diabetes.

Lori practices from our Varsity Lakes clinic at Temple Gym, as well as Gold Coast Performance Centre in Runaway Bay.

Lori’s hobbies include:

  • Surfing
  • Going to the gym
  • Netball
  • Watching the AFL
  • Beach walks with friends
  • Cooking
  • Discovering new cafes/restaurants
  • Camping/road tripping along the east coast

Classes

In addition to our one-on-one sessions, we offer group classes that target a variety of conditions, such as chronic pain and bone health through to specific neurological conditions.
