Gorge Hunter

Physiotherapist
George-Hunter

George is a motivated physiotherapist who has a supportive approach to helping individuals understand their situation and guide them towards their goals. George takes pride in understanding the person, their symptoms and history, and their goals to provide personalised care which suits them.

He uses a mixture of treatment methods such as hands-on therapy, behaviour change and exercise rehabilitation to help reduce symptoms and guide people back to function that is meaningful to the person.

George believes that individualised care is integral to building a positive relationship and treatment plan which helps people move towards their goals. Through George’s three years of experience in Britain’s National Health Service he developed a foundation of knowledge in musculoskeletal, neurological, long-term health conditions and community rehabilitation.

He developed a passion for helping individuals build healthier lifestyles and get back to the daily activities they love. The most meaningful part of the role for George is guiding people from a place of uncertainty and pain to a sense of understanding and progress

He has found that through education, exercise rehabilitation, hands-on therapy and lifestyle modification he has been able to help a wide range of different people understand their situation and make the right steps forward to their personal goals.

Personally he’s an outgoing and friendly individual who loves to live a healthy and active lifestyle. And he’s settled in fast to life on the Gold Coast because of the way of life here.
