Lori firmly believes that nutrition is about much more than simply meeting the basic recommendations of eating two fruits and five vegetables a day. To her, food is a powerful tool for enhancing overall well-being. What we eat directly impacts our energy levels, mood, and long-term health. Nutrient-dense foods can help fuel the body, improve cognitive function, and boost physical performance.
Lori has a keen interest in all general areas of nutrition, but specifically her passion areas lie in allergies and intolerances and women’s health, particularly surrounding nutrition for pregnancy, PCOS and gestational diabetes.
