Growing up in Cape Town, South Africa, Paige actively participated in various sports throughout school and university years. Dancing and netball were her primary interests, igniting her love for human movement. This curiosity led her to pursue studies in Sports Science and Biokinetics in South Africa. In January 2020, Paige embarked on a working holiday visa to Australia, where she faced the decision of staying amidst the pandemic that struck in March. Opting to remain, Paige worked as a personal trainer in Sydney and fulfilled her visa requirements by working on a blueberry farm in Coffs Harbour. During this time she gained accreditation as an Australian Exercise Physiologist. Paige has also served as a Personal Trainer, Group Class instructor, Exercise Physiologist, and Gym Manager on the Gold Coast for the past 2 years.
Assisting others has always been Paige’s driving force, and she was fortunate to find a profession that combines her passion for helping people with her love for sports and exercise. Paige prides herself on finding the root causes of her clients’ discomfort on a physiological level and creating customised interventions that address their specific needs, all while taking a compassionate approach where clients feel at ease and cared for.
With experience in both exercise rehabilitation and personal training, she aims to help those in all stages of exercise performance. Paige finds great joy in helping clients discover muscles they’ve never felt before or assisting them in moving better and living free from pain.
Paige primarily conducts ____, but is also available at our Temple Gym Varsity Lakes clinic on Wednesday mornings.
